What Should You Do If You Think You Have COVID-19?

It is well-known that most people will become exposed to COVID-19 at some point. That being said, some who are exposed will usually become symptomatic within 6 to 10 days afterwards. It is therefore critical to recognize when you become exposed so that early treatment could begin promptly. Most of the initial symptoms are similar to flu like symptoms. The thought is to get ahead of the symptoms before they get out of control.

First just a few housekeeping things to do:

COVID-19 infects, replicates, sheds, and gets transmitted often from the nose/nasopharynx. The aim is to inactivate any virus particles in the nose before they can be expelled from the nose. Nasopharyngeal decolonization may reduce the carriage of infectious COVID-19. This will likely decrease the potential for spread and infection from the nasal cavity. That being said, after being in a large group setting such weddings, church, and funerals you should consider the following.

1. Gargle with antiseptic antimicrobial mouthwash like yellow Listerine that night and at least the next day.
2. Nasal spray/flashes with 1 % povidone-iodine 2 to 3 times a day.

If you feel unwell and are considering taking a COVID test then you should begin treatment immediately and continue until the COVID test is negative.

In addition to the doctor Zelenko’s protocol, consider adding the following:

1. Tylenol 500 mg twice daily to help manage aches and low grade fevers.
2. DayQuil and NyQuil to help with cough/sleep.

FLCCC protocol additions:

1. Vitamin C 500 to 1000 mg twice daily
2. Melatonin 10 mg before bed.
3. Aspirin 325 daily unless contraindicated.
4. Zinc 75 two 100 mg daily (Using sulfate, zinc citrate, and gluconate)
5. Blackseed oil can be used if Ivermectin not available.

If you have access to the antibiotics discussed in Dr. Zelenko’s guide such as Doxycycline or Z pack, begin those as described in the protocol at the beginning of feeling unwell. It’s best to have these items on hand when you need it so you’re not having to search for them when you’re unwell.
