Foot Odor Vinegar

Foot Odor:

Foot odor results from bacteria growth on your feet mixed with sweat. The moisture from the sweat provides a conducive environment that attracts bacteria trapped in your shoes, socks, and even your feet. The bacteria feed on your sweat when you perspire to produce an unpleasant smell in the form of an acid. Foot odor is a result of hyperhidrosis, poor hygiene, stress, and medication. Good foot hygiene is the best remedy to foot odor.

Natural Remedy:

Vinegar.

Why it works:

Vinegar contains acetic acid and malic acid, which are harmless but give vinegar its antifungal and antibacterial properties. Vinegar cleans the fungi and bacteria accumulating on the feet, hence eliminating the foot odor. Vinegar also reduces foot odor by killing the bacteria that makes the feet smell. In addition, it has antifungal properties that slow and reduce the growth of foot fungus.
