What are some common ways to increase Iodine in my diet?

One of the biggest culprit of iodine depletion in the body is fluoride. Remember that fluoride is common in toothpaste, and in tap water. Fluoride easily displaces iodine in the body essentially depleting iodine in the body. So, diminishing fluoride ingestion is important in maintaining adequate iodine levels.
